Jia is a theatre practitioner from Singapore who recently earned her MA in Musical Theatre from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.

Her theatre credits include: Tabitha/Cheshire Cat in Alice By Heart, Becky Two-Shoes in

Urinetown, Bobby in A Chorus Line, Nick Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Elvira in theMandarin production of A Story of a Stairway, Dancing Puppeteer/Ms. Rabbit in Peppa Pig’s Celebration at Macau Broadway Theatre, Chio Buu in Broadway Beng: The Last Beng Standing at Capitol Theatre Singapore, and multiple roles in Nursery Crimes at KC Arts Centre.

In the realm of immersive theatre, Jia has originated roles including: Coal Miner in Around TheWorld In 80 Days and Grid (Aerial Hammock) in Valhalla and the Chambers of Asgard, both produced by Andsoforthsg.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jia won first runner-up in a live-streamed talent competition

hosted by AMMsg. Subsequently, she produced and performed in various live-streamed
